Refund & Returns Policy – 30bunty.com Pharmacy Store

General Policy
At 30bunty.com, we are committed to your satisfaction. We accept return requests within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Kindly ensure that a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is provided at the time of request.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to medical safety and hygiene standards, certain items are unfortunately non-returnable:
- Prescription medications (Rx)
- Opened over-the-counter (OTC) medicines or supplements
- Personal hygiene and sanitary products
- Temperature-sensitive or perishable healthcare goods
- Gift cards, vouchers, and downloadable digital products
Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Products)
If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share your order ID and supporting photographs via email or WhatsApp. Once verified, we will offer a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t been credited yet:
- Recheck your bank or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or card provider — processing delays can occur

Exchange Policy
We are happy to replace items that are found to be defective, physically damaged, or wrongly delivered. Kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with relevant photos and your order details.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and delivered directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the return is processed, a gift voucher will be sent to your registered address. If the order was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our part. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or opting for shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your return.
